I do recommend Mod Organizer 2. Nexus Mod Manager is a bit easier to get into than MO2 but has a lot of drawbacks when it comes to managing bigger load orders. Plus MO2 has a built-in tutorial which teaches the main mechanics. Here's what I posted some time ago on the MO2 page: "I've never used a mod manager other than NMM.
